What a great opportunity it was to be a part of the Lake Forest Garden Tour! Each year, six neighborhood formal gardens are chosen and are paired with a working artist and musical guest. I got very lucky with a lovely family that had such a wonderful outside space, and even had a natural creek running right though the yard, complete with little arched footbridges.
